Projects

Two businesses and the systems behind them. I built all of it without an engineering team, and all of it is live.

The Multiverse of Heroes storefront home page

Multiverse of Heroes

I've collected comics and toys since my dad bought me Star Wars #1 at a swap meet in Hawaii. In 2017 I started selling from that collection online, and in 2022 I trademarked the name and rebuilt the store as Multiverse of Heroes.

We own everything we sell. My son photographs it, tracks where it sits, and lists it on our storefront and on eBay. I built the systems underneath: the SKU scheme, the photo process, the listing tools that write and price a listing from the item in hand, and the check that keeps the two sales channels from selling the same item twice.

The FOC Intelligence weekly list on multiverseofheroes.com

FOC Intelligence

Every comic has a Final Order Cutoff, the last day a shop can order it before it goes to print. Books that get popular after that date sell out fast. I buy my own comics by FOC, and when I started there was no complete list anywhere, so I built one.

It pulls the distributor catalogs into one weekly list, adds research on which books collectors are watching, and checks that research before subscribers see it. Free members get the list. Paid members get the research earlier. It runs on the same schedule every week: the list on Tuesday, early research on Friday, final research on Sunday, and cutoff on Monday.

I designed and run the whole thing: the intake of the catalogs, the database, the pages on the store that show each member what their plan includes, the AI research with its review step, and the two weekly articles written from the live data.

The RingMentor product documentation site

RingMentor

I've trained sales reps for twenty years, and the hardest part was always the same: I couldn't sit next to every rep on every call. RingMentor does that. It's a desktop app that listens to a live sales call and shows the rep a short prompt at the right moment, based on where the call is. After the call, the rep gets a review. Managers get a portal where they write the playbooks, see compliance flags, and see what the coaching costs.

I started it in December 2025 and shipped it in 2026: a signed Windows app, a manager portal, a backend that keeps each customer's data separate, and public documentation. It is past its twenty-fifth release. I built it alone, without outside money.

I'm glad to walk through any of it on a call.
