Las Vegas, Nevada
I run operations teams. I also build the software they run on.
I've spent twenty years leading sales, contact center, and operations teams, and I've started three companies of my own. I'm not a developer. I build production software by directing AI, and I don't call anything done until I've checked its output against live data.

Who I am
I spent two decades leading sales and operations teams in Las Vegas. I was chief executive of two companies, and along the way I built contact centers, recruiting operations, and the whole back office behind them: the CRM, the training, payroll, and the reports.
Then the tools caught up. With no technical background, I built and shipped RingMentor, a real-time AI coaching app for sales calls, and FOC Intelligence, the data product behind the subscriptions and comic preorders at Multiverse of Heroes, my collectibles business. I built both on my own, and both run on a fixed weekly schedule.
I'm a Marine, a lifelong collector, and a father building businesses my children can run. The longer version is here.
What I've built
Every item here links to the real thing, so you can look for yourself.
Store
Multiverse of Heroes
An online comics and collectibles store built on my own collection. We own the inventory, photograph it, list it, and ship it. My son runs inventory and listing.
Data product
FOC Intelligence
Every comic has a Final Order Cutoff, the last day a shop can order it before it prints. I buy my own comics by that date and couldn't find a complete list, so I built one. It now sells subscriptions.
Software
RingMentor
Real-time AI call coaching for small sales teams. A desktop app listens to a live call and gives the rep short guidance in the moment, then a review afterward. Managers get a portal for playbooks, compliance flags, and costs.
Writing
How I work with AI
I write about how a founder without an engineering team gets dependable software out of AI: clear instructions, checking the results, and knowing which decisions to keep for yourself.
What I'm doing now
I run Multiverse of Heroes with my son, and RingMentor is in its first customer pilot.
I'm also open to an operations leadership role: contact center, customer experience, or sales operations, in Las Vegas or remote. The best fit is a company that wants someone who can run the team and also fix the tools the team works in.
Work with me
I take on a small number of outside projects alongside my own businesses. These are the three things people ask me about most.
Operations
Fix how the team runs
A contact center, sales floor, or support team that isn't hitting its numbers. I listen to the calls, read the reports, look at the training and the pay plan, and tell you what I'd change first and why.
Systems
Set up the CRM and the automation
GoHighLevel, Make.com, Shopify, Google Sheets. I build the pipelines, the follow-ups, and the reports, then write them up so your own people can run them without me.
AI
Build it with AI, without hiring engineers
I show an owner or a manager how I get working software out of AI: how to write the instructions, how to check the work, and which decisions to keep for yourself.
